These terms and conditions apply to and constitute a binding contract between (us/we/our) and its customers (you/your) which applies to all purchases of products from us and the language relating to all aspects of this contract is deemed to be English. This contract shall be governed and construed according to Scots law and any disputes and proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Scottish courts only.

Your privacy matters to us. We hate junk mail, spam emails and robo-calls just as much as anyone.

However, we cannot accept any liability for unintended inaccuracies or errors.

Colours may slightly vary due to the limitations of computer technology and slight variation in batch manufacturing processes.

Your orders can only be dispatched if payment has been received and cleared.

Back Orders

As a company we do not create back orders. All products on our website are available for purchase and are currently held in stock (unless otherwise stated). Should in the event that our stock is incorrect and we cannot fulfil your order you will be notified and a credit will be issued for that item.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery may be added to items based on current Royal Mail delivery fees for all items to mainland England, Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Wales, Northern Ireland. This is Second Class post.

Items can be shipped via expedited delivery (courier). This service is available for an additional cost. PLEASE NOTEBUYER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTY AND CUSTOMS FEES CHARGED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.

Currently we deliver worldwide, but shipping fees will vary depending on location. Please e-mail at for queries about delivery charges.

Your shopping basket will display the estimated delivery period which is normally 1-2 working days after order confirmation (within the UK) or approximately 10 working days for international orders if sent standard shipping. Courier deliveries may take between 1 and 5 days, depending on destination. Should we be unable to deliver within this time period, we will advise you accordingly and you are within your rights, after receiving such an advice, to cancel your order.

Our special couriers and Parcelforce guarantee next day delivery after pick up from our warehouse. For deliveries to Scottish Islands and Channel Islands please contact us or email to

Sit & Sigh cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from weather, or other unforeseen/uncontrollable circumstances, or from customer error (ie. incorrect address details).

In case of an unsuccessful delivery Royal Mail, courier or end shipping compnay, shoudl leave notification at the delivery address informing you of the event. Those items can usually be collected at your local sorting or post office. Collection and/or arrangemetn of re-delivery is entirely your responsibility.

Hassle Free Guarantee

We recognise that sometimes when you make a purchase, you might change your mind about it. This is usually referred to as a ‘Cooling Off Period’.

Therefore, if you are not happy with your purchased product for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

The refund will be made within 10 working days after we have received your return.

Our “Hassle Free Guarantee” is subject to the following four conditions:

1. All returns or exchanges must be completed using our Returns Process and Returns Form 

2.  The returned items must be unused and unmarked, in its original packaging, and in new, re-saleable condition with no stains, tears, odours (including from tobacco or other smoke), or damage.

30 Day Limited Warranty

As we said before, we believe in keeping things simple. That goes for our warranty, too.

We believe in our products and we want to make sure you get what you pay for, so all our products are warrantied and cover you against defects and faulty workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from purchase.

We offers a 100% money-back guarantee on every domestic purchase (only where the purchase is from the site). Product must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging, and in new condition with no stains, tears, odours, or damage. Shipping & Handling is not refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

You will need to notify us either by e-mail at or in writing contact us if the goods received are faulty, clearly stating the nature of the problem and if you wish to receive an exchange or a full refund. Notification by telephone cannot be accepted.

Sit & Sigh Ltd warrantees that your Sit & Sigh seat cushion or pillow will be replaced or repaired (not refunded), at our discretion and without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during the first 30 days after purchase, excluding specific limitations outlined below.

The outer cover of any Sit & Sigh seat cushion is warrantied to be free of workmanship defects only at the time of sale. There is no ongoing warranty on the cover since any and all cover issues after taking possession are considered normal wear and tear.

All warranties described here shall be void if the Sit & Sigh seat cushion or accessory, or the associated cover, has been abused, damaged, burned, cut, torn, stained, made wet, or contains odours (including from tobacco or other smoke), or is in any other way used or stored in a manner other than standard use. Sit & Sigh Ltd does not warranty any promotional products (e.g., cushions that were given away rather than sold).

This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product and is non transferrable. All transportation and/or shipping costs to and from Sit & Sigh Ltd or its designated warranty centre are the responsibility of the purchaser.

In the unlikely event of our goods being faulty, we would like to apologise beforehand for any inconvenience caused.

Our warranty does not affect your statutory rights, in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods, details of which can be obtained from Consumer Direct (the government’s consumer advice help line) or your local trading standards office.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Sale prices apply only to items ordered during the sale – items ordered before or after the sale will not have prices adjusted to include discounts. Sale start and end dates and times are in (UTC) Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London Time, and can be altered at Sit & Sigh’s discretion.

Medical Waiver

Sit & Sigh products are classified as Class I Medical Devices within the United Kingdom. Our products are not intended to cure any disease, condition or disability, nor is the information supplied in any of our leaflets/brochures intended to replace the individual advice available from your own doctor. If you have a recurring health problem that worries you, always tell your GP. If use of the Product(s) creates an adverse reaction or increases your pain level at any time, cease use immediately contact the Products manufacturer and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Sit & Sigh Ltd. bears no responsibility or liability for claims resulting from unsafe, unauthorised or unreasonable use of our products.

Restrictions on Use
